Managing low-income subsidized, section 8, HUD,
affordable housing, tax credit and/or housing for
seniors 55 and older and/or handicapped/disabled.

Office Manager

Provides a variety of administrative and general office support to the facility, including bookkeeping functions.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Acts as site receptionist
  2. Receives monthly rent
  3. Maintains tenant ledgers
  4. Mantains books
  5. Maintains tenant lists
  6. Distributes office mail
  7. Functions as main contact for residents
  8. Other duties as assigned
