Provides maintenance service for the facility and for the residents. Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Performs routine maintenance
2. Participates in facility physical inspection
3. Performs work orders
4. Ensures clean facility
5. Follows preventative and routine maintenance
6. Maintains orderly storage rooms
7. Maintains paperwork
8. Other duties as assigned
