Oversees and provides the highest quality of maintenance service for the total facility and for residents.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Ensures quality maintenance of facility
2. Manages preventative and routine maintenance
3. Supervises maintenance staff
4. Ensures timely apartment turnover
5. Participates in facility physical inspections
6. Ensures maintenance requests are completed
7. Follows regulatory compliance
8. Other duties as assigned
