Since 1995, LOMCO and its affiliates have successfully preserved 7 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured and assisted multi-family affordable housing developments totaling 1,150 units through acquisition and rehabilitation utilizing over $40,000,000 of tax-exempt bonds and $22,000,000 of tax credits.
