Community Garden Towers is one of the finest residential complexes in Orange County. Its exterior area is beautifully landscaped. The buildings which contain 333 apartments, are constructed of reinforced concrete, have automatic fire sprinklers throughout, central heating and A/C, and are designed to provide maximum safety and comfort for its residents. Large ares on the first floor are designed for various group activities including recreation, crafts, games, etc. Also available for residents are coin-operated laundry facilities.

East Tower is a 14 story Senior Citizen Housing facility built in 1977. It contains 210 one bedroom apartments with 170 units designated for Project-based Section 8, and 39 unitis designated for LIHTC or City voucher Section 8.

West Tower is an 11 story Senior Citizen Housing facility built in 1982. It contains 123 one bedroom apartments with 122 units designated for Project-based Section 8, and 1 unit designated for LIHTC or City voucher Section 8.

A 24-hour emergency communication system makes it possible to quickly summon help when needed. Fire sprinklers are installed throughout the facilities. Safety features include wrought iron fencing and electronically controlled gates for assigned vehicle parking inside the complex.

Numerous churches, hospitals, and shopping centers are within a three mile radius.

Each apartment has one bedroom with a full kitchen and bath — refrigerator, electric stove, garbage disposal, wall-to-wall carpeting, and vertical blinds. Telephone jacks and cable television hookups are provided. Each apartment has a private balcony or patio and pets are allowed. Elevators provide fast and easy access to all floors.

You will quickly find new friends at the Towers, where you may choose to be as active as you wish, while still having a warm home for an independent lifestyle. Large areas on the ground floor are designed for various group activities, arts and crafts, games, computer lab with internet accessiblability, fellowship and social hours. Activities of interest include library, bus trips for shopping and fun, TV and VCR room, Pool table, Table tennis, exercise equipment, weekly bible studies and beauty services on-site. A monthly newsletter keeps everyone informed of upcoming events.
